The hunt for the perfect dress continues….

I am always on the lookout for the perfect dress. Mulligan’s Azarro dress from Cannes comes pretty dang close. I would call this my “conservative” dress. I absolutely adore it! It even has pockets. Swoon!

Obsession #4: Enchanted Doll

Posted in Uncategorized on May 24, 2010 by 666photography

A few years ago, I stumbled across the world of ball-joint dolls. After discovering this magical world, it only took a few clicks for me to get to the golden treasure of ball-joint artists: Enchanted Doll by Marina Bychkova.

You know when you daydream about winning the lottery, and all the things you would do or buy with the unearned gains? Well, when I daydream about that, I think of these dolls, and how I want every single one of them. I want to play with them, invite people over just to see them,  and marvel at their beauty everyday.

Bychkova’s dolls are beyond delicate-looking, but made to be played with. Incredible. Enjoy! Please go to her website and see all of her amazing creations. Her beadwork in the costumes is a marvel!  http://enchanteddoll.com/

All quiet on the Texas front

I know it has been quiet on the blog. I’ve been a bit quiet everywhere, mostly because we have been so swamped! I suppose quiet = good for business. I am going to try to pick it back up, now that the book is about to be released! If you haven’t had a chance to order your copy, you can do so on the publisher’s website, or Amazon. We’ll have signed copies on our site in the next few weeks! You can go to: http://www.korerobooks.co.uk/outnow.html to pick it up!!  Cheers! G
